The 356 lot is grown at the famous Los Alpes farm at 1700 masl and undergoes a natural process with a 72 hour fermentation. It is then sun dried on a patio and drum dryer for 15 days.
This a truly stunning example of a natural processed coffee that we are so excited to share with you! We’re tasting red grapes, purple skittles, blackberries, to just name a few!
