Shipping and Delivery
When can I expect my delicious coffee?
Our Roastery operates on business days (from Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM excluding local Dutch holidays). Any order placed before 09:00 will be roasted, hand-packed and sent within 3 business days.
If you didn’t get a confirmation e-mail within one business day please let us know accordingly.
What company delivers my coffee?
We ship with DHL eCommerce (formerly known as Parcel) in Europe and DHL Express worldwide.
Delivery policies and responsibilities
Sending packages to pickup points and send through locations are at your own risk.
When the receiver is not able to receive it during a delivery, the package could be send to a pickup location.
When a package is delivered to a pickup point, it is considered delivered and can only be picked up by the receiver.
When you ship a package to a location with very limited time and possibility to receive the package, this is at your own risk.
We always recommend shipping packages to a home address and not to any kind of temporary address.
If a package gets lost we only re-ship packages to the address provided or an address with the same shipping cost.
Times and price for delivery vary based on where you are located.
If I order on Friday, when will I get my coffee?
If you ordered after 09:00 your coffee will be roasted on Monday. If you ordered before 09:00 it has been processed on Friday.
What tax will I pay?
The webshop will show ex VAT amounts and VAT is calculated at the checkout.
A new EU law demands local taxes are charged for Business to Customer sales, taxes charged are the tax rates on the goods where the goods are shipped to.
Within The Netherlands 9% tax is charged.
Outside the EU we charge 0% salestax, your local salestax and importtax (if applicable) will be charged to you by DHL before delivery.
Be aware of your local tax charge on roasted coffee as well as import duties, which will be paid to your local custom agent.
Some countries have duty regulation with maximum amounts ordered, complying by these local import regulations is your own responsibility.
Tax laws have to be followed and cannot be altered.
