Jairo Lopez’s geisha is a new edition to our catalogue! From a region of Colombia we’ve never bought from before Pijao. Jairo’s coffee is incredibly unique and very tasty. These geisha cherries have been whole cherry fermented 30 hours before being transferred to the drying beds to start the drying phase. The results are excellent, a very fruit forward coffee with a smooth and lingering finish. Expect notes of custard, stewed rhubarb and strawberries.
