Handcrafted using traditional Mino ware techniques in Gifu, Japan, the dripper features 20 vertical ribs that optimise water flow and promote even extraction. For the first time, Indian coffee joins the Manhattan lineup!
Many of you have asked us to bring Indian coffee to Manhattan, but for a long time, we couldn’t find the right coffee to start with. That changed this year, when we tried a lot from Gundikhan Estate and knew we’d found the one. This yeast-fermented washed coffee brings together the fresh taste of green apple and the gentle sweetness of brown sugar, complemented by the citrusy spice of black lime “loumi” and a sticky, rich, lingering finish.
Available in both espresso and filter roasts.

Three fermentation stages, all carefully controlled at 14°C, are designed to build complexity while preserving the coffee’s clarity and delicate character. The result is an exceptionally floral and elegant Geisha with a clean, precise profile.
In the cup, expect beautiful notes of rose, plum, and vanilla, with a smooth mouthfeel. Delicate yet expressive, this is a coffee that truly shines with a light roast and careful preparation.
