This beautiful Arara is a spectacular display of what is capable in low-altitude Brazil. The coffee undergoes an anaerobic fermentation in drums for 7 days followed by a 25-30 day drying period before it is left to rest for an additional 30 days.
The stories behind these fantastic coffees only make them taste that much better and give us all even more appreciation for all the work that goes on at origin.
