This lot comes from Haider’s original Limu Kossa farm, where the coffee is traditionally processed — pulped, fermented overnight, washed, and dried on raised beds. Dry milling takes place at a certified facility near Addis Ababa.
The coffee is then decaffeinated in Germany using the EA method, a natural process derived from sugarcane.
In the cup, expect notes of grape, bramble, and caramelized almond, with a smooth, round mouthfeel.
