Public cupping – The Fermentation project event

We’re excited to be part of The Fermentation Project — a collaborative initiative by James Hoffmann, Lucia Solis, and Caravela Coffee exploring how controlled fermentation can influence the flavor of coffee.

As part of the project, we’re hosting an event and livestream at our roastery on October 3rd at 16:00.

We’d love to invite you to join us a little earlier, at 15:30, for a tour of our roastery. Come see where we roast the coffee you know and love, discover more about our roasting process, and get a behind-the-scenes look at Manhattan Coffee Roasters.

After the tour, we’ll gather for the Fermentation Project livestream, with plenty of coffee to taste and a warm atmosphere to enjoy.

Whether you’re a coffee professional, enthusiast, or simply curious about specialty coffee and fermentation, everyone is welcome!

• Parking: Limited availability — up to 6 parking spaces directly in front of the roastery.
